ENET-KV features:

1. Installed on the 35mm guide rail, the COM1 port is directly connected to the RS232 programming communication port of the KV, and a COM2 port is extended for touch screen communication. The ENET-KV can be powered directly from the KV programming communication port, or it can be connected to an external 24VDC power supply.

2. Integrate WEB server, set device parameters and run diagnosis through web page, and set login protection password to prevent tampering with configuration data.

3. The baud rate of the KV programming communication port is automatically adjusted, which can adapt to the needs of large data communication.

4. Realize the Ethernet communication with the KEYENCE KV STUDIO programming software products, and carry out the functions of program reading/writing (including RUN writing function)/comparison through Ethernet, programmable controller operation monitoring and so on.

5. Support KEYENCE upper-level link protocol communication, can read/write software component data to the programmable controller through the upper-computer system, and select KEYENCE Ethernet driver through the upper-computer software (configuration king, OPC server, etc.), which is convenient and quick to access.

6. Integrated ModbusTCP server, support FC1, FC3, FC5, FC15, FC6, FC16, Modbus data area automatically mapped to KV data area.

7. Support upper-level software (programming software KV STUDIO, configuration king, MCGS, force control, IFIX, INTOUCH, KepWare OPC server, etc.) for easy and fast access.

8. It can realize high-level language (such as VB, VC, C#, etc.) programming, realize data communication with KEYENCE KV, and facilitate the development of production management system.

9. SCADA (superstructure software) that supports OPC channel communicates with KV in OPC mode.

10. KV STUDIO, upper-link protocol, ModbusTCP and other connection modes can be realized, allowing 6 PCs to collect PLC data at the same time, and the connection protocol can be used arbitrarily.
